General provisions

1. Online Shop furniturepartners.co.uk retails over the internet.

2. All products offered in the store furniturepartners.co.uk / are brand new and covered by the warranty of the manufacturer or importer.

3. Shop realizes orders within the UK. Orders must be submitted in English, Polish or Russian

4. All prices on the website of the shop FURNITUREPARTNERS.CO.UK are gross prices (including VAT).

4.Binding for both sides of transaction is the price of the product at the moment of purchase by the customer.

5. For each order is issued a receipt or invoice.

6. Ordered goods are delivered by specialist courier or our own transport. You can also pick purchased furniture in our office or our company shop.

 

Orders

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day every day of the year.

2. Online shop FURNITUREPARTNERS.CO.UK may cancel the order if there is no payment within 28 days from order. You can make payments at delivery by prior arrangement with the consultant of our store

3. Orders may only be made by an adult person.

4. Online shop FURNITUREPARTNERS.CO.UK reserves the right to refuse orders that contain dubious or incomplete data. Purchaser will be immediately informed of the existence of such a situation.

5. Online shop FURNITUREPARTNERS.CO.UK reserves the right to cancel the contract in the event of unforeseen changes in the parameters of the ordered models of furniture, or in case of changes specified by the manufacturer.

 

      Change and cancellation of orders

  1. From the moment of order until issuing of invoice, the buyer has the right to make changes of the data to be placed on the invoice.
  2. Buyer may cancel the contract until the beginning of the realization of order.

  4. Buyer may not cancel orders that have already been directed for realization.

 

Realization time

Order- takes place at the time of receive  by the buyer an e-mail automatically generated by store confirming the order (order status: to be confirmed).

-- Confirmation of the order by the customer -the customer decides to purchase the goods and confirm it by clicking on the link in the e-mail, and thus accepts the agreed conditions (order status: confirmed).

 

PERIOD OF REALIZING ORDERS :   FROM 3 TO 40 WORKING DAYS

1.Description of each product includes information about the realization period.

2. Order for goods with different realization time is sent after completing a whole, after the longest of the times given for the ordered products.

3. If the execution time will be longer than that shown on our website, we contact the buyer to inform of the delay and confirm the continued willingness of the order.

4. In case of payment by bank transfer, this deadline is extended by the duration of the transfer.

-          Postage-  payment straight to courier while receiving furniture

-          Personal collection - payment in cash in our headquarter


        Prices

       1. Prices of goods are of offer in our catalog are  in British pounds, include VAT and are gross prices.

      2. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are given for each product separately.

      3. Prices for delivery of the product are varied and depend on the form of delivery, weight and dimensions of the product.

     4. We reserve the right to change prices, placing and removal of products, conduct and to cancel promotions on the the page. These changes do not apply to contracs which are in progress.

     5. The price given for each product is binding at the time of the order by the buyer.

 

      Delivery and collection of the product.

  1. In the case of a personal collection from warehouse, shipping costs are 0 pounds.
  2. Delivery costs do not include the bringing of furniture into the apartment and their assembly.
  3. The customer has to bring the furniture himself
  4. Web shop FURNITUREPARTNERS.CO.UK is not responsible in case of irregularities committed by the applicant in the order form which may cause the situation when the order will not reach the addressee.
  5. If the buyer does not receive the consignment three times is tantamount to the fact that the shop may withdraw from the contract. This is due to the fact that the entire price paid for the product may be transferred on account of costs incurred by our shop.
  6.  Buyer who receive furniture must confirm in writing on the document delivery in the presence of the courier. Signature is treated as a confirmation of product compliance with the order.
  7. At the time of receive of goods, each buyer is obliged to verify in presence of the courier do  the goods have not got mechanical damages incurred during transport, and whether there is compliance with the contract goods.
  8. At the time of confirming delivery on the delivery document, all risks associated with the possession and use of things, particularly the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer.

 

 Complaints and Returns

 1.Receiving the goods the Buyer has a duty to check (in the presence of the courier), if the parcel does not have any damage caused during transportation.

2. In case of any damage incurred during transport the base for consideration of any complaints is complaint protocol which has to be written in the presence of the courier. The protocol has to contain detailed information about the state of packing of the goods (please let us know about dents, tears, cracks, bruises).

4. Any defects in the delivered furniture, quantity shortages, quantitative deficiencies of mounting accessories spotted at the time of receive of furniture should be reported by e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   within two days of receiving furniture.

5. Within 7 days of delivery of ordered product, the buyer has the right to return product without giving the reason, according to the general rules.

6. If the returned furniture meets the requirements of return take,  namely, it is sent back in original packaging, with complete contents and the product and the accessories do not have and damages or signs of usage then we will issue a correction, the original and a copy will be sent to the customer by direct post. Customer must return a signed copy of the correction, and after receiving it, within 14 working days to shop will refund money to customers.

7. If you want to use the right of return (above), the product should be returned by courier service or other service at your own expense to the address of our store.

8. Shop is committed to a refund for the product ( excluding the cost of supply and cost of the return).

9. Warranty and other rights provided by law, including the right of withdrawal does not apply when the product is affected by mechanical damage of external origin.

10. Before accepting a shipment always check whether the packaging is not damaged during transport. Particular attention should be paid to the state of packaging and tape stuck on the package.

11. If the package has some damages or when the tape is broken, do not accept delivery and in the courier's presence prepare the protocol of damage and contact the seller as soon as possible to resolve the matter.

12. Checking the package while receiving is necessary necessary condition of any claims for damages or robbery during transportation.

13. Complaints regarding the difference in the shade of coloring fabrics, leather, artificial leather, wood, laminated board, which result from an wrong settings in your screen or your web browser does not provide any basis for complaining.
